Join SAVEUR senior editor Alex Testere for an interactive cooking demo at Pasture and Plenty that celebrates the bold, layered flavors of Mexico—through the lens of cheese. Alongside local culinary pros, we’ll work with artisan Wisconsin dairy and freshly nixtamalized masa to create traditional dishes with an elevated twist. It’s a hands-on exploration of craft, culture, and the way cheese travels across borders and recipes alike.
