  2. Transfer to a serving bowl; cool slightly. Gently fold in blue cheese.

Recipe Tip

A hearty slaw, such as store-bought kale and broccoli mix, could be substituted for the shaved Brussels sprouts.

Cheesemonger Tip

Do you have questions when shopping for cheese? Ask the cheesemonger! A cheesemonger specializes in the buying and selling of high-quality cheese, usually available in the specialty section of a grocery store or cheese shop. Knowledgeable and passionate, a cheesemonger is a go-to resource for cheese varieties and pairings, proper cheese storage and handling, its cooking applications and cheese brand information.

This is a mild and creamy, award-winning blue cheese. To show Wisconsin pride, the cheese company named this brand after the city where it is produced, Mindoro, Wisconsin.
