Widmer’s Cheese Cellars settled in the heart of one of the richest cheesemaking areas in America in 1922. Now, over 100 years later and in their fourth-generation of Widmer family ownership, they are the proud manufacturers of authentic hand-crafted cheeses from mild and washed-rind brick cheeses to authentic stirred-curd colby, and cheddars aged up to 10 years. Widmer's has been the recipient of many blue ribbon awards - both in Wisconsin and across the nation. We are big fans of one of their newest products - the Aged Brick Cheese Spread. This spread is a combination of washed rind brick cheese and aged white cheddar, bringing you the best of both cheese worlds.
