Cedar Valley Cheese, Inc. was founded in 1947. Starting small, the plant expanded several times over the years, growing from two employees to 60. Today, Cedar Valley Cheese has eight licensed cheesemakers including one Master Cheesemaker. The company has received the Seal of Excellence Award at the State Fair five times for its string cheese. The company also received a red ribbon on their provolone and mozzarella cheeses. Proudly Wisconsin, indeed!
