What started as a part-time job at a cheese plant to earn money for a car has blossomed into a 39-year career. From an early age, Brian grasped the value of hard work, which is clear in his dedication to the cheesemaking world. The three-time graduate of the Wisconsin Master Cheesemaker® program is certified in feta, asiago, monterey jack, cheddar, brick, Colby, muenster and gouda cheeses, and currently works as the production manager at Nasonville Dairy.
