Albert H. Graf purchased the creamery as a cheese factory in 1926. Graf managed the factory with his wife, Emma, along with their daughter and son-in law, Marge & Bob Bleick. Staying in the family business, Albert's grandson, Jim, is currently the plant manager; his daughter, Michelle, also works at the creamery.
Graf Creamery presently custom packages about 25 different brands of butter. The butter is packed as 25 kg bulk boxes, prints and tubs. The creamery was one of the first in the state to sell whipped butter, manufactured from freshly-churned cream. The company label is Cloverdale. Graf’s salted butter has won seven Blue Ribbon awards at the WI State Fair over the past 15 years, along with numerous awards in other contests. Graf Creamery continues to grow and focuses on producing quality products.
