Ben started cheesemaking right after college and immediately fell in love with his new occupation. The challenge offered by the art and science of cheesemaking are a perfect fit for him. Now at Ron's Wisconsin Cheese at Pagel's Ponderosa Dairy, he is head cheesemaker and operations manager. Ben is certified in mozzarella. (Master Cheesemaker Certified in Mozzarella)
