Join everyone’ s favorite bow tie-wearing food personality, Christopher Kimball of Milk Street fame, for a special live podcast from the dairy state! Kimball tours all over the world, going anywhere and everywhere to ask questions and get answers about cooking, food, wine, farming, restaurants, literature, and the lives and cultures of the people who grow, produce, and create the food we eat. It’ s no wonder then that he is traveling to Wisconsin specifically for the Wisconsin Art of Cheese Festival! The show will be recorded at Madison’ s historic Orpheum Theatre on State Street, a mere two blocks from the capitol square.
