Seedless watermelon, cut into slices
Fresh blueberries
Fresh strawberries
Henning's White Cheddar Cheese Curds
Weyauwega Star Dairy Traditional Feta cheese, cubed
Henning's White Cheddar cheese, cubed
Crave Brothers Farmstead Classics® Fresh Mozzarella cheese–Ciliegine (cherry-sized balls)
Wooden skewers

Cheese

Look for the Proudly Wisconsin Badge when shopping for cheese. Any brand of Wisconsin Cheese Curds, Feta, Fresh Mozzarella or Young Cheddar can be used in this recipe.

Instructions

Cut watermelon slices with a star-shaped cookie cutter. Thread fruit and cheese on skewers to create flag design.

Recipe Tip

Smaller skewers can also be used and arranged to create the cheese board.

Cheesemonger Tip

Fresh, milky mozzarella balls are available in different sizes; ciliegine means "cherry size" in Italian. They're perfect for salads and appetizers.
