Cookies and Cream Mini Parfaits

Tucked between the layers, chocolate cheese spread adds an upscale touch to classic cookies and cream.

Wisconsin Cheese Cookies and Cream Mini Parfaits Recipe

Ingredients

1 container (7 ounces) Pine River Dairy Fudge Spreadable Chocolate Cheese
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (about 10 cookies)
3 cups sweetened whipped cream

Cheese

Look for the Proudly Wisconsin Badge when shopping for cheese. Any brand of Wisconsin Spreadable Cheese can be used in this recipe.

Instructions

Beat cheese spread and cream in a bowl until smooth.
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon cookie crumbs into each 3-ounce glass.
Layer each with heaping 1 tablespoon chocolate mixture and 2 tablespoons whipped cream. Repeat layers, starting with cookie crumbs.
Top with whipped cream. Garnish with remaining crushed cookies. Serve immediately.

Recipe Tip

Any brand of Wisconsin chocolate cheese spread can be used.
