Instructions

  1. Beat the butter, blue cheese, pear and sage in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Shape blue cheese mixture into an 8-inch long, round roll; tightly wrap with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve butter with steaks.
