"The Classics" Wisconsin Cheese Board

Look for the Proudly Wisconsin Badge when shopping for cheese. Any brand of Wisconsin Aged Cheddar, Alpine-Style or Fontina can be used in this recipe.

Instructions

  1. Arrange the cheddar, fontina and Grand Cru® on a serving board. Fill in board with dried apricots, grapes, pecans, raspberry preserves, prosciutto, almonds, olives, crackers and thyme.

Recipe Tip

Roth Grand Cru® Reserve or Roth Grand Cru® could be substituted for the Roth Grand Cru® Surchoix cheese.
