American Grana® and Dark Chocolate Bark

Look for the Proudly Wisconsin Badge when shopping for cheese. Any brand of Wisconsin Parmesan can be used in this recipe.


  1. Line a 15 x 10-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange chocolate bars in a single layer on prepared pan.
  3. Broil 3-4 inches from the heat for 25-30 seconds or until chocolate tops begin to melt. Sprinkle each with American Grana® and toppings as desired.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or freeze for 30 minutes to set. Break bark into pieces. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
