After 100 years, Silver Lewis Cheese, one of the original four-corner crossroad cheese factories perched on the back roads of Wisconsin, is not only still making cheese, but is going full speed ahead. The small factory located in Monticello, Wisconsin has been operating since 1897 and is known for its brick and muenster Cheese. They also make a wide variety of other cheeses which are sold factory direct or shipped anywhere in the U.S. We're fans of the veggie cheese – monterey jack with a plethora of vegetables mixed in.
