The Clearview Dairy journey began in 2016 when Louis and Jenny Averbeck purchased dairy cows from Louis' parents, making them the 6th generation on the farm, which has been in the Averbeck family since 1848. They recognized a growing need for dairy products that people with dairy sensitivities would enjoy, and started an A1 beta casein free herd of Holsteins and Jerseys. Their cows enjoy seasonal access to pasture and high forage diets that are filled with vitamins, minerals and probiotics, and free of animal byproducts. They are a family-based farm devoted to working together and carrying the generational farm onward.
