Keystone Farms Cheese was established in 2014 after owner, Nikole Raskovich, spent years traveling from Pennsylvania to Wisconsin to visit her father and grandmother. She soon realized the taste, quality, and unique flavors found in Wisconsin cheese were not available back home in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Today, Keystone Farms Cheese distributes over six tons of Wisconsin cheese each year to restaurants, wineries, small businesses, and local craft and wine festivals in Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and upstate New York. Since those early days in a one-room office in Nikole’s one-car garage, Keystone Farms Cheese believes in real cheese with real ingredients. They work directly with small family farms and factories throughout Wisconsin to source the highest quality, handcrafted products for our cheese-loving fans.
