Since our opening in 1962, we've expanded our repertoire from 19 super-premium ice cream flavors to over 100. Several of these super-premium ice cream flavors have earned national awards including: first place at the World Dairy Expo twice for Zanzibar Chocolate, Blue Ribbons at National Ice Cream Retailer's Association for Old Fashioned Vanilla and Zanzibar Chocolate, and overall Grand Master Ice Cream Maker at the National Ice Cream Retailer's Association.
Our super-premium ice cream begins with an all-natural ice cream mix made with fresh Wisconsin cream and pure cane sugar. We are certified kosher by the Chicago Rabbinical Council. In addition to our super-premium ice cream, we also manufacture Italian ice/sorbet, soy-based frozen dessert, frozen Greek-style yogurt, no-sugar-added ice creams, and caffeinated ice creams.
