Family owned since 1945, Eau Galle Cheese proudly produces millions of pounds of cheese each year - one delicious item at a time. Founder Leo Buhlman was born and trained in Switzerland, and his son, John Buhlman, continues to produce some of the finest Parmesan, Romano, and Asiago cheese in the United States. They have the award wins to prove it; at the 2015 U.S. Championship Cheese Contest Dupont took First Place for Parmesan, and at the 2019 U.S. Championship Cheese Contest they claimed First Place for Aged Asiago and Fresh Asiago.
