Nestled in the hills of western Wisconsin is where you'll find Cady Cheese - one of the oldest, yet modern, cheese factories in the area. The old factory was destroyed by fire in 1991, but you'd never know it as it was rebuilt on the same site in just six months. Cady Cheese’s equipment is now state of the art, with daily operations and machine cleaning overseen by computer, producing consistently high quality cheese. Known primarily for colby longhorns, Cady Cheese also produce milled curd cheddar longhorn, monterey jack, and a combination of colby and monterey jack called Gold'n Jack.
