The former X-act Pak packaging facility was purchased in September 2008 and renamed Fairplay Packaging, LLC. The new owners bring extensive experience in packaging and cheese sales to this venture. Fairplay Packaging is a snack cheese and meat packager. They are USDA and organic certified to run both products and currently can produce 0.75oz, 0.833oz, 1oz, 2oz and 3oz cheese sticks in assorted varieties. Fairplay Packaging has their own WEEZY label but can also do private label. The facility is also a public warehouse for your cold storage needs.

The Swiss Colony is a mail-order catalog that has been sharing smiles since 1926. With hundreds of festively packaged gifts ranging from cheeses and cheese spreads to specialty meats to chocolates (butter toffee, too!), The Swiss Colony catalog makes it easy for families and friends to share the holiday spirit at home or across the miles. Located in Green County, the heart of Wisconsin cheese country, The Swiss Colony knows that the right treat, in the right hands, at the right time, can work wondrous magic. Especially when cheese is involved.

Back in 1910, a group of local family farms looked to establish a consistent, trustworthy market for their rBST-free milk and Maple Leaf Cheese Co-op was born. Fast forward to the present, Maple Leaf is still locally farmer-owned and recently celebrated 100 years in the cheesemaking business. Cheeses at Maple Leaf reflect the pride and care exhibited by small family farms that utilize quality milk to make handcrafted cheeses... and it's something you can taste in their delicious small batch cheeses. From traditional cheddar (you'll love the Gold Medal World Champion English Hollow cheddar) to the best-selling cranberry white cheddar, Maple Leaf is sure to please the most avid cheese lover. Maple Leaf's own Master Cheesemakers also craft award-winning "jack" cheeses with award-winning monterey jack. We recommend the flavored jacks with chipotle and habanero.
