Do you have questions when shopping for cheese? Ask the cheesemonger! A cheesemonger specializes in the buying and selling of high-quality cheese, usually available in the specialty section of a grocery store or cheese shop. Knowledgeable and passionate, a cheesemonger is a go-to resource for cheese varieties and pairings, proper cheese storage and handling, its cooking applications and cheese brand information.

BelGioioso’s Asiago Fresco™ is a semi-soft, smooth asiago made with whole milk. The cheese won the Second Award at the 2024 World Championship Cheese Contest and the 2023 U.S. Championship Cheese Contest. It has a creamy texture, a delicate aroma, and a mild, sweet flavor. It’s ideal for enjoying on a cheese board or melting into your favorite recipe. Pair it with white wine like Riesling and an antipasto platter with assorted meats and veggies.
