Chicken Tortilla Soup with Monterey Jack

"One of my favorite soups. This is very easy to make, especially if you use rotisserie chicken. I add half of a can of black beans. Be sure to top it with cilantro!" - Cheesy Sandy

Do you have questions when shopping for cheese? Ask the cheesemonger! A cheesemonger specializes in the buying and selling of high-quality cheese, usually available in the specialty section of a grocery store or cheese shop. Knowledgeable and passionate, a cheesemonger is a go-to resource for cheese varieties and pairings, proper cheese storage and handling, its cooking applications and cheese brand information.

Available plain and flavored, monterey jack cheese is a natural, semi-soft, creamy white cheese with a delicate flavor. It's a great table cheese; pair it with your favorite Riesling or Belgian-style ale.
